What are they doing

The IRC environment isn't a jungle, this media does not allow people to be whoever they want to be or to do whatever they want to do.

In order to maintain and expand the channel, a few people called "channel operators" will keep an eye open in #GabberMp3.

You can recognize them by the @-sign in front of their nickname, they are able to kick/ban someone if they don't obay the rules.

We can't say it enough: READ THE RULES before doing anything, because once you're banned, you're not getting back in.
 
 
Our policy regarding the recruitment of new operators

- Having a good attitude.

- More then just basic knowledge of irc.

- Being active on IRC, this includes helping people.

- Runing a server ( XDCC, FTP, FSERV, or SPR )

- Serving Hard sound on your server (e.g: no techno)

- Registered and active on our forum.
